Services

NTM Recovery provides asset recovery services — including vehicle repossession, property redemptions, transport releases, and skip tracing — exclusively to creditors, banks, credit unions, and authorized forwarding companies. This website and our services are intended for business-to-business use.

Not a Consumer Service

NTM Recovery does not provide services directly to individual consumers. If you are a consumer with questions about a repossession, please contact your lender or financial institution directly.

Accuracy of Information

Clients submitting assignment information through this website or other channels are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided, including debtor details, asset descriptions, and authorization to repossess. NTM Recovery assumes no liability for actions taken based on inaccurate or unauthorized information provided by clients.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTM Recovery's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific assignment in question. NTM Recovery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Compliance

NTM Recovery operates in compliance with Utah state law and applicable federal regulations governing repossession activities. NTM Recovery is not a debt collector and does not engage in debt collection activities as defined by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
